We had a big week with all the new Spellbinders products! We sold out of all our inventory of the S4161 Labels One, S4162 Labels Two, S5006 Mega Curved Rectangles, S4172 Small Pinking Circles and the S4170 Large Pinking Circles. So for those of you who pre-ordered – way to go! I just spoke with Spellbinders and they are sold out as well, so we are waiting for the next boat. It should be arriving the second week in November.  As always, as soon as the dies arrive, we work over time and extra hard to get your orders shipped as soon as possible. We are getting low on the other labels as well. The Ribbon Tags Trio and Classic Scalloped Circle are also back ordered…again. We will ship those as well as soon as they arrive.

For better or worse,  we made a decision years ago to keep the option available to be able to order back ordered products. Some websites don’t do that, and they temporarily remove the back ordered product off their website. With some items we will do that, but we decided to leave the Spellbinders back orders on our website and let you put your order in even though they aren’t shipping right away. The reason being is we ship everything in the order it’s received. It’s like standing in line and the person who has been waiting the longest is rewarded with first dibs.  Some customers don’t understand that and they get upset that we offer items we don’t have onsite. We may not have that onsite, but we offer them because we can get them in 1-2 weeks. Some items can only be had by waiting for them! Online retail is different in that respect. Sometimes you have to wait a little for such a wide range of items. There is no way we can warehouse every single item, but we do keep the most popular dies and accessories onsite and do our best making projections on what will sell. Some items keep selling out, no matter how many we buy! AND we don’t charge your card until it ships, so what’s a little wait time for a great product?
