You can also email us by clicking on either firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact Us located on the bottom of our website.
If you choose to email, please be sure to put in the proper Category that you are inquiring about so as to direct your email to the proper department.
There are several categories to choose from:
*General Questions About A Product
*Did Not Get My Coupon Email
*VIP Coupon Did Not Apply To My Order
*What Are Shipping Costs
*What Is My Order Status
Some of these may have an Auto Responder answer your question. If the Auto Responder does not answer you question, please reply to that email and your email will be sent to either Customer Service or our Shipping Department for response.
Please note that it is very important that if your coupon did not apply to your order you, choose the VIP Coupon Did Not Apply To My Order category! These emails go directly to our Shipping Department so they can correct your order before pulling the product and shipping your order! If you do not enter the correct category, then your email may not be processed in time for corrections to be made before your order is shipped!
Due to updates in our system, if your VIP Coupon is not viewable on your order form your coupon may not be applied unless we have been notified by you before shipment!
