Want2Scrap Framed Bird Cages
I need a change of scenery in my house, but don’t have time or patience to shop right now, so I re-purposed some wood frames that I had hanging around my place and made these Want2Scrap framed bird cages! They look great in my kitchen and tie in perfect with my bird houses that already reside there. Sometimes it just takes a little change to make a big difference in lifting my spirits!
These frames were originally plain ol’ wood, so out came the white spray paint! They would look awesome black, but white goes best in my kitchen. Easy transformation! I added some First Edition pattern paper that I LOVE and my project was underway!

You can see in the photos below where I added the baby pearls. I even stacked them on top of the Black Rhinestones to give them more of a chain look.
I really like the finding new purposes for things around my house because I can then save my money for things that are really important like more scrapbooking stuff! Heehee! Okay, I also go a little crazy shopping for my grand kids. They are fun to make things for too!
What kind of things can you find around your house to re-purpose? I can think of a few things that could use a face lift at mine!
Thanks and Happy Scrappin’!
