QuicKutz Berry Container
Who needs a BERRY CONTAINER? Well, who has a dad? Father’s Day could quite possibly the one day out of the year where I experience migraine headaches, lose sleep, maybe have a brain aneurism, pass the hospital and think it’s an adequate place to stay the night, and abandon my place of residence in search of a gift. This is serious, folks! If you have a father like I do, then he’s already bought everything on his wish list. The only think I can EVER think of is a gift card. Sigh….it’s an impossible gift hunting occasion that really gives unnecessary stress. However, this year I am not going to stress so much about that inevitable gift card that I’m getting him. Why? Because it’s going to look amazing and he’ll get a little treat to go along with it. My husband now has the same gift fate!
Alrighty, now on to the adorable QuicKutz. At first glance I had NO CLUE what to do with this. Then the Father’s Day panic set in and this was a sight for sore eyes. It was incredibly easy to do and took almost no time at all. A little candy and an iTunes gift card and the hubster is one happy camper. For the Father’s Day box I went fairly simple since my dad or my husband don’t really love the frills. I used a popsicle stick for the “Happy Father’s Day banner”, tied a ribbon around the brim and Voila!

While in my Father’s Day glory, my lovely and very grabby two year old couldn’t keep her hands out of my newly finished gift. Naturally I had to make her own with the adorable My Mind’s Eye On the Sunny Side paper. This turned out to be incredibly adorable! The paper is happy, and adorable! The kit comes with cut-outs you can use to embellish your project easily! My little girl LOVED carrying it around with her books and suckers in it to enjoy.

This is definitely something I will use many times in the future. I would LOVE to know what you use it for! Happy Father’s Day (early) to all of our wonderful Dads!
Thanks and Happy Scrappin’!
