Halloween layout with Quickutz
I know that Halloween is now over but I thought I would get one more layout in for you to scrapbook all those pictures you took of your kids, grand kids or any other witches or monsters you got pictures of. The truth is that we just received this skeleton from Quickutz and it looked like way too much fun to put together so we had to use it somewhere. You only see half a skeleton here but the die set actually comes as a full skeleton. The nice thing with this die set is that it can be used so many different ways, Heather and I were talking about using the scull and crossbones for Turners pirate birthday invitation or just using the bones as a boarder to any Halloween craft projects.
As for the rest of the layout we actually used the Turkey Leg die from Quickutz for the headstone and the bone of it for the fence (who said that you could only use it for thanksgiving right?). Last we added a few photos, the “BOO” and some grass at the bottom and it was done.
I hope that you had a great Halloween. Heather and I are really looking forward to moving onto some fun Thanksgiving crafts and layouts in the upcoming weeks. We came up with some fun ideas last night as we looked through what Thanksgiving supplies we have. If you want to be inspired for Thanksgiving just click HERE, we have quite a variety of products that can help with layouts, crafting projects, table centerpieces, and even table decoration.
