Fun Cupcake Idea Using Quickutz Spring Flowers Die!
Friday, April 20th, 2012Okay, so I admit that I don’t usually go all out for cupcakes. Most of the time they don’t last long enough around my place to even get them all frosted, so I had to be sneaky and make a batch while no one was home! I really wanted to make some fun cupcakes using Quickutz Spring Flowers die (HERE) from their Blossom Collection. Ever since I got it, I wanted to put them on cupcakes! I know….sometimes we just have funny ideas that won’t get out of our heads. Oh well! I had a blast making these and my granddaughter loved them! (I don’t know if she noticed the cute flowers and wrappers, but she did love the cupcakes!)
Products used:
Quickutz DR0297- Spring Flowers
Quickutz DC0129-Botanical Cupcake Liner
Quickutz DC0121-Cupcake Stand
Tim Holtz 92841-Grungepaper 6×12 (for stand)
DCWV PS-005-00202-Chateau Lavender Solid Cardstock Stack 12×12
Not only were they eye catching, but they tasted good and made my house smell yummy! Of coarse, I had to take a picture quick before they were devoured when everyone came home, but it was all worth it with all the fun I had! Have a great weekend!
Thanks & Happy Scrappin’!
